Did you know?
• According to a new study in the Environmental Science and Technology journal, it is possible that humans are consuming 39 000 to 52 000 micro plastic particles a year! An additional 90 000 can come from ingestion with plastic bottled water as well. Recently, scientists have even found micro plastics in human placenta for the first time which is crucial to fetus development during a pregnancy.
• Not only is a reusable water bottle good for the environment, but it is very beneficial to your health when you limit the use of ingesting plastic bottled water.
